Thoughts

Focus on your thoughts. There are meditation practices (Vipassana) where you watch your thoughts, label them thinking and return to your breathe.
Becoming aware of negative and positive thoughts is important, because they manifest.
When you are part of a group healing meditation, the energy is amplified so it is absolutely necessary to focus on positive thoughts for the best healing!
